These turquoise drop earrings are a dream. The earrings feature a top bezel set round turquoise cabochon and a dangling teardrop shaped piece of turquoise which is capped in gold. The turquoise is robin's egg blue with light black veining. They measure 1 7/8" in length and are over 1/4" across. The teardrop turquoise measures about 17.5mm from the cap to the bottom, and at the bottom they are 8.28mm in diameter. The earrings are crafted in solid 14k (stamped on the caps). They weigh 5.29g.
