Victorian Virgin Mary Catholic Religious Medal Pendant in 10k Yellow Gold

This lovely old medal features the figure of Mary and says "Pray for us who have recourse to Thee" and "Mary conceived without Sin".  The base of Mary is embossed with the date 1830.  The pendant measures 1 1/2" in length including the bail and is 1 1/2" across.  It is stamped 10k and is solid, weighing 14.04g.
