Vintage Highly Detailed Cameo 14k Yellow Gold Pendant Brooch

This is a gorgeous vintage cameo 14k yellow gold pendant/brooch. It features the profile of a woman that is intricately carved into the shell. The piece is bezel set in the backing. The surrounding 14K gold filigree mimics little hearts. The bail of the pendant has a joint that allows it to be folded under when the piece is used as a brooch. The brooch pin has a secured latch. This cameo measures 1 5/8" in length and weighs 8.6g. This piece is lovely and the detail is beautiful!
