Luxe Ruby and Diamond Wreath Pendant Necklace in Platinum

Up-cycled from its previous life as a brooch, this knockout pendant necklace has found a new vibrant life!  We adore the curved lines and the way the stones taper in each section, very difficult manufacturing techniques.  The diamonds in the piece are single cuts for the two smallest stones and are round brilliant cuts for the larger stones.  They measure from 1.5 to 2.7mm, for an estimated total diamond weight of about 0.66cttw.  The diamonds are G/H color and VS2 or better clarity.  The rubies are channel set and are cut specifically to fit into the frame.  The estimated ruby weight is 0.75cttw.  THe rubies are skewing a little purple in the photos but are more red in person.  The pendant measures just over 1 1/8" and the chain measures 18".  Both the pendant and chain are crafted in solid platinum/iridium and the piece weighs a hefty 10g.
