Shop Policies

Shipping:

Domestic (within US 50 states and territories)

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for free. Express shipping available upon request for an additional fee.  Signatures are required at delivery for items over $200.  Standard handling time is 2-5 business days from order placement.  Customized orders may take longer.  Tracking will be updated via the website.

International (outside US 50 states)

International shipping costs are calculated depending on the destination and the item. Buyer is responsible for shipping, import duties, taxes and any related charges not included in item’s listed price. International orders are final sale.  Standard handling time is 2-5 business days from order placement.  Customized orders may take longer.  Tracking will be updated via the website.

 

Layaway: 

We are happy to offer layaway plans for any item in the shop except gift certificates. To begin a layaway, we request 25% down then three additional monthly payments of 25% each. Layaway payments are not refundable and items are not eligible for return.

 

Returns:

Returns are not accepted under any circumstance for online or in-person purchases, no exceptions.

Cancellations are not accepted. 

The buyer is responsible for return shipment when items require resizing after purchase.

Layaway items and custom-made jewelry items, including resized items, are not eligible for return.
