Shop Policies

We are happy to offer returns for non-sale items if contacted within three days of delivery and the item returned in as-sold condition within seven days. The buyer is responsible for return shipment.  We are unable to accept returns on discounted items or items which have been altered or otherwise customized.  Layaway items and custom-made items are not eligible for return.  All returned jewelry must be received in the same condition it was in when it was sent to you. Jewelry will not be accepted for return if it has been damaged, altered or worn.
