This amazing locket was made in Italy during the Victorian period. The locket features very three dimensional detail including a bird carrying a silver pearl and detailed carved leaves, some as petals also holding different sized silver pearls. The slightly convex front section which holds the details is finished with highly polished yellow 14k background. The center is finished by an oval frame and the outside of the frame is deeply textured and detailed with twisted knots that are intertwined. The inside of the locket shows a deeper gold on the left side and a lighter gold on the right hand side. The hinge itself has a slightly pinkish gold color. The snap is fully functional and closes with no issue. The back of the locket is smooth and highly polished. The bale is large to accommodate a large chain. The locket measures 1 3/4" in length including the bail. It measures over 1" in width. The locket weighs 8.2g.

Oh the stories these must have to tell of fancy dinner parties and garden gatherings...  We are completely in love with these Edwardian diamond drop earrings for their lacy structure, the sparkle and of course their movement.  The earrings feature a stud at the top which is connected to the post.  Then from the post dangles the circle encrusted with old cut diamonds.  The post diamond measures just over 3mm and the rest of the diamonds range from 3.4 to 1.2mm, in total the carat weight is 1.22cttw.  The diamonds vary in clarity between VS and I1 with absolutely no eye visible inclusions, just sparkle!  They are G.H in color.  From the post the earrings measure just over 3/4" in length and the lacy circle is just over 5/8" across.  The earrings are crafted in 18k (acid tested) and weigh 5.19g.

This gorgeous conversion necklace is full of detail and charm.  Crafted in 14k and blue enamel, the top features a generous swirl encrusted with seed pearls.  From that dangles a textured serpent, holding the dangling blue heart locket.  The locket features a pearl and amethyst front and a glass back with plaited hair.  There is some obvious wear to the enamel on the piece, however we don't find that detracting from its beauty and mystery at all.  The chain measures 18" and the pendant measures 1 5/8" from the top of the scroll to the base of the heart.  The top measures 1 1/8" across in width and the heart is 5/8" across.  The necklace weighs 12.90g.

History has outdone itself with this lovely, understated Art Nouveau locket.  The locket features an overall shield shape with a center that depicts the silhouette of a woman looking right.  In her hair are three small diamond slices that just catch the light ever so slightly.  The back of the locket is engraved MMC we believe, and this locket slides to the side to open vs a hinge.  Inside on the back is a little plaque that says 1904.  The original frames are still in the locket.  Including the bail, the locket measures 1 5/8" in length.  It is 1 1/8" across in width. The locket is crafted in 18k (acid tested) and weighs 6.20g.  Chains are available as a separate purchase.
