This exceptional Art Deco piece is a true heirloom. The brooch features three intricately carved flowers with diamond centers. The flowers are crafted of carnelian, blue chalcedony and chrysoprase. There are sprays of yellow 14k gold and the stems of the flowers curl in platinum, encrusted with round bead set diamonds. The diamonds are F/G color and VS clarity single cuts, and total approximately 0.35cttw. In height the pin measures 1 1/2" and it is 1" across in width. The pin is not stamped but acid tests for 14k and platinum, and it weighs 7.19g. It can also be worn as a pendant by simply threading a chain through the closed pin mechanism.

Antique Victorian Gecko Lizard Brooch Pin in Enamel and Old Cut Diamonds 14k

This exceptional creature is ready to find a home on your shoulder!  Crafted in 14k, he's topped with lovely green enamel with a black stripe down his back.  At the top of his head where an Old Mine cut diamond is inset, a rusty colored enamel highlights his face.  Two additional diamonds form his eyes.   He is in excellent condition.  There is a small area of enamel wear on his left side as pictured, to the eye it blends in with the gold in the design.  We've shored up this guy's underbelly so that the pin is secure and ready to wear.  He is crafted in 14k and weighs 10.76g. The brooch measures 2" from mouth to tail, and his feet are just under 7/8" across in width.
