Spectacularly Sparkly Amethyst and Diamond Pendant Necklace in 14k Yellow Gold

This gorgeous amethyst and diamond pendant necklace brings on the bling.  The color contrast between the rich purple and the yellow gold is amazing, and the diamonds make it really sizzle.  The amethyst measures just over 10mm, calculating to approximately 3ct.  The stone is surrounded with round prong set diamonds which measure about 2.3mm (18 x 0.05ct each for a total of 2.20cttw), plus the diamond at the top of the piece (about 3.7 or .15ct).  The diamonds are G/H color and average I1 with zero eye visible inclusions.  The pendant measures just under 1 1/8" in length and it is about 5/8" across in width.  The chain is a rope style and features a lobster claw clasp.  It measures 20".  The chain and pendant are crafted in 14k and weigh 13.11g.
