Antique Victorian Mourning Cameo Ring with Pearl Border and Fleur d'Lis in 14k Rose Gold

We are pleased to offer this poignant cameo mourning ring which is full of important detail.  The cameo itself features the profile of a person in black and white onyx.  The top of the head actually features a skull tipped back to reveal the face of Mars or Athena- our debate ensues!  The cameo is surrounded by seed pearls and the shoulders of the ring feature graceful fleur d'lis symbols.  From front to back the ring measures just shy of 3/4".  The inside features an inscription saying "D.N.C. to F. F.C".  The ring is crafted in 14k rose gold (acid tested) and weighs 4.92g.  The ring is currently a size 5.75 and can be resized for a fee, please ask for a quote in your size before placing your order.
