This inviting Victorian locket is full of interesting textures and hues. The outside edges are faceted, which is quite unusual. The center of the locket features intricate wirework and seed pearls, on a sightly concave background whose colors are formed from heat from a jeweler's torch and copper/silver rich alloys. The locket opens with a hinge on the left, revealing plenty of space for photos or a memento. The locket is inscribed on the back, reading the letters S B and A we think. What do you see? Including the bail the locket measures just over 1 7/8" in length and it is 1" across. The locket is crafted in 14k in a very rosy gold and weighs 11.83g. Chains are available as a separate purchase.
