Vintage Cornflower Blue 2.43ct Natural Sapphire Ring in 14k Yellow Gold

This dreamy cornflower blue sapphire will have you mesmerized!  The ring features this natural sapphire cut in an oval shape, weighed loose at 2.43ct.  The stone measures 7.64mm in length by 6.69mm in width.  Dating the ring is tricky- its architectural elements appear Victorian however its relative heft and the excellent condition of the stone might suggest a later date.  The sapphire does have two main inclusions- interior feathers- that are visible in these photos but not visible with the naked eye.  We like this proof that its a natural stone.  From front to back the ring measures 8.63mm.  It is crafted in 14k (not stamped, acid tested) and weighs 2.60g.  The ring is a size 7 and can be resized before shipping, please message us with your size for a quote.
